1. Agreement

By downloading or using MeoMatch (the "App"), you agree to these terms. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC.

2. The game

MeoMatch is a number-pair puzzle with campaign levels, a daily challenge, Zen Mode, achievements, energy, optional tools, and virtual Fish Treat currency. We may adjust balance, levels, rewards, and presentation as the game evolves.

3. Free play and energy

The App is free to download. Campaign attempts may use energy. Energy regenerates over time up to the in-game limit, so payment is not required to continue playing. The current rules and costs are shown inside the App.

4. Optional in-app purchases

MeoMatch offers optional consumable Fish Treat packs through Apple's App Store. The price and currency shown by Apple before confirmation are the price that applies. Fish Treats have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be spent only on eligible in-game items or energy. Consumable purchases are generally not restorable as permanent purchases.

5. Billing and refunds

Apple processes payments. We do not receive your card details. Billing questions and refund requests are handled under Apple's policies through Apple Support. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your country or region.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the App for personal entertainment. You may not interfere with the App or App Store purchase process, exploit defects to obtain virtual items, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute the App in violation of law.

7. Ownership

The App, artwork, audio, writing, design, and software are owned by or licensed to The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Availability and local saves

We work to keep the App reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of Apple services. Progress and virtual balances are stored locally on your device. Removing the App, losing the device, or clearing its data may remove that local progress.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided to the extent permitted by law without guarantees that it will always be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.

10. Apple terms

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required.
